My unresolved complain
My unresolved complain I am extreme disappointment regarding my order. Despite my previous history as a loyal customer who has made three successful purchases, this situation remains unresolved. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), yet the issue continues to go in unresoveled and without a clear resolution. I had hoped for a fair compromise, but I feel my concerns are not being addressed. Given my history with this company, I am very disappointed in this lack of support.
