GREAT PRODUCT AND FOLLOW-UP CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ......
When searching on line the extensive number of T Shirt sizes was surprising and slightly misguiding. I thought that the small sizes were going to be extremely smaIl and even the 5XL was not going to be as big as it suggested. In reality Zazzle sizes were accurate and it turns out my interpretation that was incorrect. I was very surprised at how straight forward the replacement T shirt procedure was as I expected that I would need to do much more from the customer’s perspective. The Zazzle Care Team contacted me the next business day and clearly advised what they would be able to do. The email from the care team was welcoming, helpful , friendly and accurate and not evasive in any way. As specified by the Care Team the replacement T shirt arrived in a clean , perfect condition within a few days. I would definitely order from Zazzle again because their Tshirt products are well made, the delivery is fast, and the customer support team is very pleasant, helpful and quick to resolve the issue.
