I bought a pair of adidas runners that took 4 weeks to arrive and were too big which is unusual as I always order the same size. At 53 I know my size so their sizing isn’t correct on their website. When I contacted them to ask to return them they said it’ll be $70 plus postage which I would have to pay for. When I then asked if I could exchange them for a smaller size they said it would be $45 plus postage. I will never buy from them again. They are thieves.
