My experience from Saunabox has been…TERRIBLE
My experience from Saunabox has been horrible. I ordered the Suanabox Pulse Pro on 6/26/26 around 5am. I paid $130 for next day delivery and my estimated delivery was 6/27/26, the label was created. 6/27/26 early morning I check my ETA and then it said the label was created but waiting on product, new ETA became 6/29/26. I received my package 6/30/26. I unboxed my package to soon find out that the zipper is already wearing from the weight of panels. IM MISSING THE DAMN REMOTE and to top it off the wire connection for the red lights is missing the damn screw nut to prevent it from disconnecting. Its poorly built, i believe this was a used/returned saunabox they gave me. Im assuming i’ll be waiting a couple days AGAIN before even receiving the remote and thats if they even send me one. This is honestly trash company and trash product who clearly do not know how to manage a warehouse or perform any-type of QC before shipping the junk out.
