Inconsistent Shipping & No Updates or Help
Updating this review bc this is just unacceptable. I ordered two items from the website 4 weeks ago and still no updates and no package. Contacted support and all they could do was store credit which would normally be fine. BUT I STILL HAVE NO PACKAGE OR UPDATE ON SHIPPING. Tell me why I would want store credit if I'm never going to receive any packages?? They tried to blame it on USPS Shipping but I've had multiple other USPS Packages get delivered on time. In the tracking it STILL says that USPS is AWAITING ITEMS. This isn't the first time its been delayed or off and I don't have the patience for this anymore.
