My sim card was locked without PUK after a few login attempts
My sim card was locked after I attempted multiple times to log into my phone. It prompted me for my PUK number which I did even know what that meant. I googled and then I went to Infimobile website and chat with John. After providing all my information and the description of my problem, John was able to help me unlock my SIM card with my PUK number. Thanks to John.
