Enjoy The Useless AI Chatbot
If you have a warranty issue with Garvee, be prepared to spend weeks trading emails with an AI chatbot that is very concerned about your feelings, but doesn't give a damn that you paid $300 for a window AC that stopped working after 2 weeks. They strung me along until my return window with Amazon closed and now want to give me $65 to go away. Beyond frustrating. I'll never buy another Garvee product in my life. Update: So, a human finally emailed me. I tried the troubleshooting they recommended and responded that it didn't solve the issue. Radio silence for 6 days now. I'm at my wits end with this company.
