Total scam
Ordered 2 wristbands and the nasal strips. The strips did not change anything to my husband's snoring. Like literally 0% difference. The wristbands don't have good quality. We both couldn't even put it on ourselves. It took my husband 4 minutes to put mine on myself! Everytime you need to set the alarm, you need to set the alarm time from zero. Taking up to much time. So we wanted to return the products, which they offered us a 30% discount on. We declined, because we can't even put them on ourselves (we are early 30, so no motoric problems) It takes weeks for them to answer. We are now 1 month in and just now got an email, with an address in NEW YORK (our product came from Germany) we need to send it back to. This is all just a giant scam. I did Report this to PayPal. Terrible costumer service.
