Performs as advertised
Performs as advertised. I usually set to 135 and let warm up for about 20-30min. Once inside it stay around 125-130 which is plenty hot. I usually do about 4 days a week, 20min sessions (for about 7mo now). The only potential drawback is it is a little tight (5'11, 165), but it is a portable unit so I wasn't expecting tons of room. I'm please with the experience. Have only used the red light a few times.
