I had an amazing experience booking a flight for my elderly mother through Indian Eagle, and it was all thanks to the incredible customer service. A huge shoutout to Raju Sunkara, who stayed on the phone with me for an entire hour! He was incredibly patient, understanding, and dedicated to finding the absolute best travel arrangements for a senior citizen. Raju didn't just give me a quick fix, he went above and beyond to provide multiple flight options, ensuring my mother's journey would be as comfortable and seamless as possible. Finding this level of patience and care in customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Indian Eagle, and a special thanks to Raju for the peace of mind. I will definitely be booking through them again!
