Pump failed after 1st year
Pump failed after 1st year. I emailed customer service, they requested that I send some photos. I waited until I had help to lift the gardyn so I can take a picture from the bottom. Sent the photo. They sent me a replacement pump. I waited when someone can help me lift the gardyn and then install the pump per instructed. Still not working. No sound. Pump is still not running. I emailed the customer service, they asked me to take another photo. I waited until I had help to lift my gardyn. I took a video and sent it over. They replied “tell me what’s the problem.” This is a waste of time and money. If I were someone who has time and knows how to garden, I would not have purchased this product. What a scam!
