Customer service is terrible and SCAMMY!!!
I placed an order and my hair stylist said it wasn’t the correct item so emailed and tried to cancel within 5 minutes. They emailed back and tried to have me change what I ordered when I said it wasn’t the right item. When I explained they then told me it was already shipped and provided a bogus tracking number. Their policy states if you cancel within 24 hours you will be issued a refund.
