I signed up for a required government training program for my new job. The timeline offered was 90 days from the enrollment date. Yes, I am fully aware I agreed to the timeline; however, when I asked for an extension I was denied. We are all professionals and we are all working on deadlines. To have a training course refuse to assist is ridiculous. I take full responsibilty for my error, but DO NOT use this service. And trying to get a customer service agent is impossible.
