Improve Your Checkout Process
Overall, I can see the value of Wukong for learning Chinese. However, my biggest complaint is the checkout process. Having to wait several days just to speak with someone and get pricing, only to be pressured into making a purchase within 24 hours, left a horrible taste in my mouth. The fact that there seems to be a different “sale” every month, along with being encouraged to change the original class selection, makes the sales approach feel questionable. They really need to improve that process. I’m not entirely sure I would want my friends to have that kind of experience, which is a shame because I do see the value of this platform for anyone interested in learning Chinese in a remote environment. That’s the only reason I’m giving it a 3 out of 5.
