Even if you're not familiar with handheld game consoles, the customer support team is happy to answer your questions before you place an order. Because of the time difference, replies can sometimes take a little longer, but overall their customer service is very responsive. They always got back to me, so I never had to worry. Shipping was the only slightly confusing part. I ordered a bundle, but the items were shipped separately. Everything arrived safely in the end, but I was a little concerned when only the custom buttons arrived first. This was my first time ordering internationally, and I'm very happy with the entire experience. Thank you!
