It’s one big scam
I bought 2 bags before discovering that this company is scammy. Since my order was still in the “preparing” phase, I reached out to see if I could cancel. Magically, my order had been shipped out after that despite being prepared for over a week. I was told I will have to wait til I receive the bags. Fair enough. So I get the bags and send photos back of everything still in the packaging explaining again that I would like a refund. Apparently Liz was “very committed” to making sure I had a better post purchase experience, but since then I have heard nothing. I’m no longer getting confirmation emails that someone will get back to me soon either. Feels like they’re trying to have it go past the allotted return period so that I won’t be able to. Don’t waste your money. I’ve been trying to contact them since mid June.
