Im giving Garvee customer service 5 stars because they earned it. I was sent a mislabeled part, which rendered my greenhouse useless. Through their customer service i got straight forward answers and emails in a timely manner. Polite and helpful would be an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure my issues were taken care of. I haven't been this impressed by any company's customer service like this before. It truly gives me a little bit of hope in humanity to know there are still companies out here doing what they say they will do. They've definitely earned my respect, and deserve every bit of praise for being a trustworthy company that is actually willing to provide a fantastic customer experience. Thanks again Garvee team. My family, and I, appreciate you all. Please continue providing the type of customer service I have experienced, because thats what we need in todays world. I will recommend your companies products to anyone because of the level of service is unmatched. Thanks again!!
