$300+ spent...Over a month of wait and no response
I have ordered over $300 of items in mid june and I have yet to receive my items. It is now mid July. The support email said they were still processing my payment and they have not shipped the items and there is no tracking number. And yet I still somehow get emails asking to rate the service and the promo asks me to buy more and asks how was my order. I have asked jersey loco if I should go ahead and ask for a return. And I have still received no response.
