I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed my order in good faith, expecting to receive exactly what was promised. Instead, what I received was completely different from my expectations, and the way my complaint was handled made the situation even worse. As a customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. It felt as though my concerns were ignored, and I was left questioning whether the company genuinely values its customers after the sale. This is not how a reputable business should treat its customers. When people spend their hard-earned money, they deserve to receive what they paid for and to be treated with respect if something goes wrong. I sincerely hope the company takes responsibility for this issue and resolves it properly. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
