Customer Service Made It Right
The initial product I ordered was nothing like I expected. I contacted customer service and they went out of their way, above and beyond, to explain the problem, offer suggestions and replaced the product with something better and to my liking. They informed me every step of the way about the process and sent a followup to ensure the product was delivered and to my satisfaction. So, although we got off to a rough start, the team came through and made it right.
