Outstanding Technical Support from Mario
I recently needed assistance with a DigiCert certificate issue and had the pleasure of working with Mario on the support team. As a Network Systems Administrator for a K-12 school district, I work with technical support from many vendors, so I have a good basis for comparison. Mario provided one of the best support experiences I've had in a long time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. More importantly, he didn't just tell me what to do—he explained what we were seeing and why each step mattered. By the end of the session, not only was my issue resolved, but I also had a much better understanding of the underlying technology.
