Scammers horrible service run
Scammers - I was pressured to sign up for services on a zoom call they demand money or you can’t move forward at the time I had no reason to believe they were fraud - They advertise a 30 day guarantee of money back . After the zoom call I was suppose to be set up for onboarding and due to the login they gave me the system and login did not work it was a blank portal and I then asked in writing multiple times to customer service to get my login and account set etc over 2 weeks went by they ignored all calls and emails - all requests and just try to offer high pressure sales despite asking for both first login help and then money back because I never got the service or was able to move forward . I had to file with my bank fraud it’s been 20 business days and I’m being sent sales emails and statements that they will refund once they close my account -but that is a lie they have no intentions to close your account and refund they just say that likely with the goal to say they can’t close your account it takes 30 days right ( because 30 days they will not refund so they play ignore game and refuse to cancel your account despite telling you they will . It’s July 7th im Still waiting for my refund - do not use this company ever there are other places that do not treat customers this way -
