I was unable to figure out my size and I have to do 2 returns The first person I spoke with was extremely helpful but completely off the mark regarding sizing. I know my “Italian” size. However, everyone I spoke with regarding returns and reorder were very helpful. I would not have received the item in time if I had placed a third order
