I had a very disappointing experience. Canceling the subscription is nearly impossible. Even after requesting to cancel, they continued charging my card. My teacher frequently had internet connection issues, which took time away from my lessons. That lost time was never made up. Another teacher used lesson time to pressure me into purchasing additional subscriptions instead of teaching. The missed lesson time was never compensated either. On top of that, they constantly contacted me by text, phone, and email—more than five times—which became excessive and disruptive, making it difficult to focus on my work. I would not recommend this service.
