Roadrunner Sports
Since we live 2 hours away from a retail store, I ordered a jacket online as a Father’s Day gift for my husband on June 10. Received around 5 days later, left in original packaging until my husband opened it on June 21 (Father’s Day) It was too small and didn’t come in a larger size, so customer support emailed me a shipping label for the return. I took it to the UPS store on June 23, in the original packaging. On July 6, I once again contacted customer support to inquire about my refund. I had paid with a combination of VIP points and credit card. I was told a gift card had been sent via email….never received! Conveniently they had the correct email for the return shipping label, but not for the gift card refund. When I asked why the portion I had paid by card wasn’t refunded back to my card, I was told the jacket was returned in “charitable donation” condition and since I couldn’t prove otherwise I would not be getting my credit card refunded. We were in possession of the jacket for 2 weeks…in the middle of June, in Arizona! Not exactly jacket weather. I have PAID for a VIP membership since 2019, you would think looking at all the facts, common sense would tell you that a $40 refund is not worth losing a customer. I would have gladly donated the jacket to anyone other than Roadrunner Sports. By the way my “emailed” gift card is still MIA.
