Poor quIlty product and horrible customer service
Poor quIlty product. The return process makes a DC Bureaucrat proud. Pics, same packing return. Copies of shipping receipts. After a week we got an email acknowledging receipt and assuming me the return would be processed. A month later I wrote asking where my refund was. I got another email assureing me the return was being processed and it appears all documentation is in order. Look for the refund in the next 2-10 days. I'm not holding my breath NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM GARVEE.
