My doctor recommended Sauna Box company as a way for me to detox more effectively. I chose the Solara and am so happy I did. I use it at least 5 times a week. It was easy to set up. The red light and infrared therapy have literally changed my life. I feel so much better! For me, this is medicine. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.
