Helpful service & recommendation
The price comparisons and allowing the customer to choose their preferences. At one point, the recusou requested some information for the package not really provided by Parcel Monkey, but when I called, they were able to give me further details. I without only recommend that they add all tracking numbers to packages online, even the ones given at a middle facility, different from the one the user initially received. Specifically for international packages, but once that info was forwarded, the package arrived perfectly and I am satisfied with the overall result. Thank you.
