Not able to speak with someone to resolve issue
I ordered something that UPS did not deliver I was told to have Walmart start a request and they would refund me but I was not able to talk to someone with Walmart because the automated system with AI said that my billing zip code was wrong even though I know what my billing zip code is and had been calling them the day before and getting through but it would absolutely not let me talk to someone. So I was not able to get a refund on what UPS did not deliver. This does not look good on Walmart but also why is Walmart using ups when they are doing so badly right now? The only reason I'm leaving a review is there's no other way to tell someone what happened.
