Addy was great!
Addy was great! Very personable and friendly about the process of receiving e-tickets. Prior to Addy, I was on the phone over 45 min speaking with Zara. She informed me that my purchase was only a stand-by ticket, with no checked bag or carry on allowed. If I wanted to confirm a seat, the cost would have been over $500! Wish I would have known that before purchasing but it was buried in the fine details. My mistake for not seeing that. Zara seemed impatient to have me quickly agree to pay more to get a confirmed seat, which became pretty annoying, but I did not want to quickly agree to pay such a high price without reading the fine print this time. When initially booking, I received several phone call attempts from Arthur. Unfortunately, I was working an unable to answer, but he sounded nice on his messages left.
