Oven great. Delivery and assembly not so much.
No ability to agree a delivery date. Once told delivery was occurring on a day I would not be home it took 5 calls to get the delivery date changed and confirmed. Response time from Gozney more than 3 days via chat room. No use to me. The stand was difficult to put together. Some of the internal leg nuts are misaligned meaning it is very difficult to screw the frame together. I don’t think some of the screws will actually come out now if I needed to unscrew. The quality of the instructions needs to be better. The instruction for screwing the oven to the base with a single threaded screw is very hard to decipher.
