Writing on behalf of a friend of mine who I was helping with her phone. We had to setup an Apple Watch. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had with a cell carrier in some time (I work in tech). We called Pure Talk, they picked up in 10seconds. The phone was answered by a REAL person. Not only that, they were friendly, pleasant, spoke perfect English and were able to help make the adjustment to her plan that we called to do so. A++ customer service experience. The agent we spoke with was LaToy (hoping I spelled that correctly).
