They stole my money. They start shipping labels right after your order then that's as far as it gets. They begin making excuses of why the label hasn't moved through the system. It's the post office not scanning it in blah blah blah. They never take the package to the post office. It's a paid label sitting in limbo which they happily pay because they've already taken your money.
