I signed up for a free-month trial of the $4.88/mo. Pro plan, and got VIP treatment!
I signed up for the free trial of the Pro plan, but was at first unable to successfully upload my 1-page website, due to the system rejecting it as containing malware. I chatted with support, and was able to attach the file (with extension changed) to the chat. They investigated the file to discover the line that was causing the rejection, deleted the (thankfully unnecessary) line, renamed the file, and uploaded it to the root of my website. For no charge. On a free-trial of a plan which will eventually cost me just $4.88 per month. That's unusually great, and I really appreciate what they did. 10/10 experience so far.
