Nearly 10 Years of Outstanding Quality and Service
I’ve been purchasing tactical ballistic vests from RTS Tactical for nearly a decade, and I’ve consistently been impressed with their products and customer service. The quality of the vests has always been excellent, and my orders are processed and delivered promptly. Because I have a slimmer build, I usually sew a couple of extra pieces of Velcro above the existing Velcro to get a better fit. That’s simply a personal adjustment—the vests themselves are well made, durable, and give me confidence in their protection. Over the years, the RTS Tactical team has also been great about handling my requests to return or exchange items whenever needed. Their professionalism and willingness to help have kept me coming back. Overall, I prefer RTS Tactical over the other brands I’ve tried, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality ballistic gear backed by excellent customer service. God bless.
