Charged but never received the products
I placed my order in the amount of $100. I spent a month going back-and-forth with Customer service about my order and never actually received the products. They were extremely unresponsive and evasive. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. Horrible customer service. In the past, I did order from them and did like the products, but that was three years ago.
