I want to write a review for any FUTURE customers that are THINKING about purchasing ANYTHING from this company. DO NOT!!! BUY ANYTHING!!! from them, l WARN YOU, because they ADVERTISE FALSELY, they sell products claiming they remove hair and when you open the package to read the manual for how to use the item, it plainly declares in the manual that it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND CANNOT BE USED FOR WHAT THEY ADVISED IT CAN BE & THEN, THEY WILL NOT, I REPEAT, THEY WILL NOT, REFUND YOU THE HUNDREDS YOU HAD TO SPEND TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE behaviour for a business selling products that cost hundreds of dollars. If you buy from them and don't listen to this review, it will be at your own risk & loss. I am trying to save any future customers from huge financial losses and from going through what we just went through. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Do not believe any of those 5 star reviews that may not be genuine. I hope l have saved some poor person in the future from experiencing what we just went through! Do not buy from them, it is not worth the trouble and financial losses!!!!
