Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Firstly the company advertises as if it's American based and produces their products in USA. Ordered a gift on the 15th of June and not until after payment was processed, did I learn the product was coming from China, over 3 weeks later no merchandise has been received and no update on my order. Once the label was processed it remained stuck. I sent a request on July 2nd as this was for a birthday gift and I received a response that they were looking into my order. On July 8th still no merchandise, no response from the company. 75 dollar gift never arrived. Do not order from this company! I would rate it zero stars if I could.
