Absent customer service
I ordered an expensive knife to have for the weekend t o shoot content. I paid for 2nd day shipping. 1 small side item was not in stock so they held my shipping and I lost out on a weekend of revenue even though I contacted twice them per their policy to have the nice knife shipped immediately, they did nothing.
