Bought a Garvee Grill Gazebo and it was missing 6 roof pieces!!!
Bought a Garvee Grill Gazebo and it was missing 6 pieces for the roof! I reached out to the company eight times via email and along with three phone messages! I received one email reply that had asked me for a copy of my invoice with the invoice number and paperwork which I quickly responded with all information in the hopes, I would receive the six missing roof pieces so my husband‘s Father’s Day gift could be complete! Unfortunately, after two weeks, no one responded, even after continued attempts to the Support team! I am packaging up the grill gazebo and sending it back for a full refund and I would recommend that you never purchase anything from this company as they are very unprofessional and do not respond. I would’ve been better off purchasing something from Temu. Shame on you Garvee!!
