Horrible Platform with Contradictory Lies and Zero Customer Care Avoid Novelship at all costs! They do not protect consumers; they protect rule-breaking sellers. My seller missed the official 3-day shipping deadline, and instead of cancelling the order, Novelship secretly granted an unauthorized extension. When I confronted them, their customer service provided completely contradictory statements. One agent admitted the seller was delayed, while another agent lied the next day, claiming the seller was "still within the timeframe." They refuse to cancel my order #BKGX3JYVNM and keep using the seller's silence as an excuse to waste my time. This platform has zero transparency and terrible communication. I have already filed a complaint with the government authority and initiated a credit card chargeback with my bank. Do not trust them with your money！
