The return process took quite a while
The return process took quite a while. It took a good three months to actually get the replacement inverter. As of today, it still hasn't arrived, though it is worth noting that there were regular updates along the way regarding the status, and eventually, confirmation that the replacement product was on its way. The time involved is the main issue here.
