Customer Service
I enjoy taking the surveys. The rewards selections seem solid. Also dealing with customer service was a breeze. I had an issue where my computer restarted in the middle of me taking a survey. I could not get back to my place in it so I emailed customer service. They responded quickly and credited me for the survey since it was an internal issue. There was not much back and forth about it. I can't wait to build up more points to cash out on a reward.
