Mistreated due to disability
If I could give zero stars I would. My brother was left in Tyler TX on his journey to TN with greyhound due to matters out of his control. He felt very unsafe due to the other passengers as well. My brother has disabilities and this is how he was treated! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Never use greyhound. I couldn't talk to a real person about this matter to get him some kind of refund. They said "you can only email them". Ive been battling them for two weeks now and their solution was a $84 voucher once again was only by email. Never use greyhound
