Big fiasco
Ordered and paid for parts on May 26, parts were not in stock. Parts came in a few days later, could not seem to get them shipped out. Talk to three different people, email, chat and phone. No one could seem to get the part shipped out. 4 days after in stock they were shipped I received then 3 days later. One part was left out and was not shipped , had to call back. Third part was now shipped, 3 days later I got it. This went on from May 26th till June 13th. Everyone there was nice but no one could seem to get anything moving. If you can find the part somewhere else, especially if it is not in stock, I would not recommend ordering from etrailer. Maybe I just had a bad experience but it took way too long to get what I needed. Also, in there tracking system, the dates kept changing to show on time arrival, lol. I normally never give bad reviews because I work in the real world and things do happen, but I thought this was worth mentioning.
