No update since order confirmation for more than a month
I have ordered a car seat for my dog and there is no update of my order since it was confirmed on 31 May. I have emailed to their customer service email, asking for an update of my order and never had a reply. It’s totally unacceptable. I need the car seat for travelling with my car and did not expect to wait for more than a month and did not even receive an update. It’s like gone into a blackhole and no communications at all. siri812
