This company is an absolute scam
This website is an absolute scam. I ordered a sweater and what I received was nothing like what the photo said it was going to be. The quality was absolutely horrible. I messaged their customer service email (the only way you could reach them) and despite their website promising a response within 24-48 hours, they would take days. They told me that if I paid for and shipped the product back to their store in CHINA (where I had to pay - which cost me almost $50), they would then issue a full refund. I sent the product back, and emailed them tracking confirmation that it was RECEIVED. I have sent them many emails since, and have been completely ignored and have never received any refunds. They are a horrible company. Do not order anything from here.
