Update: Jonathon, the owner, reached out to me regarding this issue and he truly did seem genuine in making sure that my experience was better for the wedding band. We are working to get the band design done and I am excited to see the design come to life. My experience in the engagement ring was with Grant who was also great to deal with. I wrote the initial review in frustration and will say that Brilliance has been a great company to work with overall and the quality of there work is amazing. I bought my initial engagement ring with them and the process was great but when I reached out for the wedding band I was put into contact with Alan who initially was responding to my inquiry before promptly ghosting me while trying to get a quote on the band. I touched base to check in and did not get a response. It is frustrating considering that I wanted the set to be from the same dealer but I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
