I ordered flowers for my grandson who lost his grandfather. It was suppose to be same day delivery but took 4 days. After a phone call for an additional $15 which i refused and they said they would cover. The flowers that were ordered were tulips with a medium size teddy bear. Ge received carnations with a small brown bear. No resolve in dozens of calls and emails. I am done talking. I sent all my info to my credit card company and did a dispute.
