I purchased a wedding ring in August 2025. My wife receives constant compliments regarding the ring. Total strangers will comment. More importantly is Brilliance customer service. I called recently regarding a couple of issues on the ring. Nothing major, it was loosing some of it's "bling". The customer rep explained to me what was happening, and reminded me about the lifetime warranty, and recommended sending the ring to them a couple times a year for a free clean, and check. I sent the ring in. A couple of weeks later it was sent back. It looked like the first time we took it out of the box. Great ring....great service.
